Biography
Stéphanie Roy is an assistant professor at the Université de Sherbrooke. Her teaching and research focus on administrative law, environmental governance, animal law and critical approaches to environmental law. She is particularly interested in the State’s fiduciary obligations to protect the environment in the interests of future generations and the ability of the courts and the law to deal with the ecological transition.
