Jonathan Simon (Université de Montréal) publishes a new op-ed entitled “Ohio’s AI personhood ban risks outlawing the future”, in collaboration with his colleague Heather Alexander, in Ohio Capital Journal.

The authors argue that, although the new Ohio legislature is being commended for taking AI personhood seriously, the proposed bill is too broad.
